Quebec’s Latest Skilled Worker Selection Program Round: Over 2,500 Candidates Invited

Quebec recently issued a total of 2,522 invitations for permanent selection through the province’s Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ).

These invitations were distributed across all four program streams, with the majority, approximately 44%, going to individuals being considered under stream 3 for regulated professionals.

This latest round marks the third selection conducted by Quebec’s Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) in 2026.

Following the closure of the Quebec Experience Program (PEQ), the PSTQ has become the primary pathway for skilled workers to settle in Quebec.

Selections for all streams were made from the Arrima pool on March 16, 2026, at 6:00 a.m.
