The majority of invitations were extended to candidates in Stream 1, tailored for highly qualified and specialized workers. Stream 1 received 1,094 invitations, constituting approximately 43 percent of the total draw.

Additionally, Quebec issued 756 invitations under Stream 2 for intermediate and manual skills, 677 invitations under Stream 3 for regulated professions, and 22 invitations under Stream 4 for exceptional talent.

Candidate selection criteria included factors such as occupation, work experience, education, proficiency in French, Quebec residency, and possession of a qualifying Quebec diploma. Emphasis was placed on priority occupations in sectors like healthcare, education, early childhood services, engineering, construction, and skilled trades.
