Québec’s Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration (MIFI) recently conducted immigration selections under the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ), issuing invitations to 501 provincial immigration candidates. The draw primarily favored workers with intermediate and manual skills. Québec has hosted six PSTQ selection rounds in 2026, with the most recent round offering the fewest invitations.

Draw Details

Selections for all four PSTQ streams were made from the Arrima pool on June 26, 2026. Stream 1, focusing on highly qualified and specialized skills, saw 74 invitations issued to workers in TEER 0-2 occupations residing in Québec with 12 months of recent work experience.
