The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) recently conducted 12 targeted draws on April 23, 2026, granting a total of 2,102 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates with job offers across various regions of the province.
The draws were carried out through the province’s Employer Job Offer streams, including Foreign Worker, International Student, and In-Demand Skills.
To be eligible for an invitation, candidates had to confirm their current residency in Canada with a valid work or study permit.
For these draws, profiles needed to be created and validated by April 21, 2026, at 11:59 pm, and not before July 2, 2025.
Foreign Worker Stream
Minimum scores for receiving invitations varied by region under the Foreign Worker stream:

Minimum scores and number of invitations issued under the International Student stream were as follows:

Eligible occupations under the International Student stream were broader, including roles in healthcare, social services, trades, and administration.
