Here is a breakdown of the ITAs from the three most recent immigration draws conducted by Newfoundland and Labrador’s Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism (OIM):
| Draw Date | Total ITAs Issued | NLPNP ITAs | AIP ITAs |
|---|---|---|---|
| July 29, 2025 | 150 | 100 | 50 |
| August 13, 2025 | 231 | 180 | 51 |
| August 29, 2025 | 202 | 125 | 77 |
The NLPNP has been conducting two draws each month since May, with the majority of ITAs going to NLPNP candidates.
ITA Requirements
Individuals looking to immigrate to Newfoundland and Labrador through the NLPNP or AIP must have a job or job offer from a provincial employer. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) aligned with the province’s labour market needs are given priority for ITAs.
Selected NLPNP candidates will receive an email with the ITA, allowing them to submit a complete application for provincial nomination. Through the AIP, designated employers will be notified of the ITA, enabling them to apply for job offer endorsement.
All immigration candidates, except those already in Canada and applying solely through the NLPNP, require an invite code from their employer to submit an EOI.
