On August 10, Newfoundland and Labrador conducted its 10th draw of the year, issuing 208 invitations for provincial immigration.

Invitations were distributed through two programs: the Newfoundland Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).

The Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism (OIM) in Newfoundland and Labrador did not provide a detailed breakdown of the NLPNP streams candidates were selected under.

Candidates under the province’s Expression of Interest (EOI) framework may receive priority based on various factors such as healthcare employment, sales and service, rural community involvement, and occupations with lower representation.

This draw saw the lowest number of AIP invitations issued since June 10.
