The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted an Expression of Interest (EOI) draw on December 31, 2025.

A total of 421 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued during this draw.

Occupation-specific Draw

On December 31, the province issued 353 LAAs through its Skilled Worker Stream, specifically targeting candidates in select healthcare-related occupations under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway.

Candidates were required to have declared current employment in Manitoba in their EOI profile. The draw considered various National Occupational Classification (NOC) unit groups, including Senior managers, health information management occupations, medical administrative assistants, biologists, public and environmental health professionals, therapists, health policy researchers, and home support workers.

Skilled Worker Stream

Additionally, on the same day, the province issued 68 more LAAs to candidates who were directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative. This included candidates under both the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways.
