Manitoba recently issued invitations through its Skilled Worker Stream to candidates directly invited by the province under a strategic recruitment initiative. A total of 77 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued in this draw.

Key Highlights:

• 13th selection round by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) in 2026.
• Invitations through Skilled Worker Stream pathways: Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas.
• Candidates needed to declare in their Expression of Interest (EOI) profile their recruitment mission invitation or the now-expired Temporary Public Policy.

The majority of LAAs were issued to candidates invited through Employer Services initiative (46.8%) and the Temporary Public Policy (40.3%).
