Canada’s Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship department has recently announced an increase in invitations to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system.
In a recent draw, the department issued 4,000 ITAs specifically targeting candidates with French-language proficiency.
To qualify for this draw, candidates were required to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 419
- Creation of an Express Entry candidate profile before 7:14 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on November 14, 2025
