Provincial Nominee Program Update

The latest Express Entry draw held on October 14, 2025, saw the issuance of 345 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score was set at 778, with eligibility limited to those who submitted their Express Entry profile before July 17, 2025.

This draw marks the 19th PNP-specific draw of the year, underscoring IRCC’s ongoing emphasis on provincial nominees post the 2024 reduction in provincial immigration allocations. In 2025, more than 70,000 ITAs have been granted through Express Entry, with a significant portion allocated to candidates in the French-language and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams.

While candidates in categories like trade, STEM, and agriculture await upcoming draws, it is anticipated that new opportunities will be forthcoming shortly.
