New Canadian Experience Class Draw Results
The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a recent draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) on October 28, 2025, extending invitations to 1,000 candidates to apply for permanent residency.
Key Highlights of the Draw
- The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off stood at 533, just one point lower than the previous draw on October 1. This signifies the fourth consecutive CEC draw since August with a consistent number of invitations, showcasing IRCC’s ongoing emphasis on individuals already actively contributing to Canada’s workforce.
- Currently, there are over 246,000 candidates within the Express Entry pool, predominantly falling within the 450–500 CRS range. This underscores the persistent competition among candidates for receiving invitations.
- The CEC program remains a swift and direct pathway for individuals possessing a minimum of one year of skilled work experience in Canada. Further draws are anticipated in the upcoming week leading to the unveiling of Canada’s 2026–2028 Immigration Levels Plan, which will delineate the country’s forthcoming immigration objectives.
