 The intra-company transfer program is designed to attract established companies outside Canada to expand their operations in Canada.

There are three types of professionals are eligible to apply:

1. Business owners who intend to do similar work in Canada
2. Senior managers who are working in a foreign company and intend to work in a similar position in Canada
3. Key employees who have specialized knowledge
