Canada recently conducted its largest Provincial Nominee Program Express Entry draw of 2025 on December 8, granting 1,123 Invitations to Apply. The minimum CRS score required was 729, marking a 30-point increase from the previous draw on November 25, which issued 777 ITAs. This trend suggests a continued emphasis on the PNP throughout 2026.

Prior to the December 8 draw, a specific focus on French language proficiency resulted in 6,000 ITAs being issued with a minimum score of 408 on November 28.

2025 has seen a total of 95,099 ITAs issued so far. Comparatively, IRCC granted 98,903 ITAs in 2024, 110,266 in 2023, 45,115 in 2022, and a record-breaking 114,431 in 2021.
