Canada’s Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Department has recently issued a significant number of Invitations to Apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system. In a recent draw, 5,000 ITAs were specifically allocated to candidates with French-language proficiency.
To qualify for this draw, candidates were required to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 399
- Creation of an Express Entry candidate profile before 9:21 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on November 19, 2025
