During May 5–6, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) extended invitations to apply for provincial nomination in both its Skills Immigration (SI) and Entrepreneur Immigration (EI) streams.

The selections were based on the province’s core objectives to attract highly skilled individuals and address labor market shortages.

Invitations were distributed among various occupational categories, with a significant portion going to construction trades workers, comprising 36.3% of all ITAs.
