In March 2026, the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) conducted several provincial immigration draws, inviting over 290 candidates across various streams and pathways.
The invitations were issued through streams such as the Alberta Express Entry Stream – Priority Sectors pathway for Construction and Manufacturing, Law Enforcement Pathway, Dedicated Health Care Pathway, and Rural Renewal Stream.
Since the beginning of 2026, the AAIP has held a total of 23 draws, with a significant number of invitations issued through the Alberta Opportunity Stream.
Prior to the recent draws, over 1,400 invitations were issued in six draws held between February 26 and March 16.
