Between July 3–July 15, 2026, a provincial immigration program conducted multiple draws resulting in over 1,100 candidates receiving invitations for provincial nomination.

The program targeted individuals in healthcare, law enforcement, technology occupations, and those intending to settle in rural areas.

By July 15, a total of 62 provincial immigration draws had taken place in 2026.

The latest selection round included invitations through various streams and pathways:

• Alberta Opportunity Stream;
• Dedicated Health Care Pathway
  • Express Entry.
  • Non-Express Entry.
• Alberta Express Entry Stream; and
  • Law Enforcement Pathway.
  • Accelerated Tech Pathway.
• Rural Renewal Stream.

Most invitations were concentrated in the Alberta Opportunity Stream, reflecting a prevailing trend in this year’s draws.

While the number of invitations varied across the draws, the cutoff scores remained consistent within a narrow range.
