The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) has recently extended 743 invitations to apply for provincial nomination to candidates working in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and agriculture.
These invitations were issued over seven provincial immigration draws held between June 5 and June 15, 2026.
As of June 15, Alberta has conducted 50 selection rounds in 2026.
Draw Summary
In its latest series of draws, the AAIP issued invitations through various streams and pathways, including those targeting healthcare workers:
- Alberta Opportunity Stream;
- Dedicated Healthcare Pathway – Express Entry;
- Dedicated Healthcare Pathway – non-Express Entry;
- Rural Renewal Stream; and
- Alberta Express Entry Stream – Priority Sectors pathway.
The majority of invitations were issued through the Alberta Opportunity Stream, comprising approximately 62.2% of all invites.
