The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has announced the resumption of removals to Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Effective September 23, 2026, individuals from these countries with enforceable removal orders may be required to leave Canada, as these countries have been removed from the exclusion list on the CBSA’s website.

Prior to this update, removals were on hold due to an Administrative Deferral of Removal (ADR) implemented by the CBSA on March 24, 2026.
