Québec Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration recently conducted an immigration selection round, inviting 523 candidates to apply for permanent selection.
The selection process encompassed all four streams of the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ), with a focus on workers with intermediate and manual skills receiving the majority of invitations.
Since the beginning of the year, the province has organized a total of seven selection rounds, indicating a proactive approach to immigration.

The selections for all streams were carried out from the Arrima pool on July 27, 2026, at 4:39 p.m.
Stream 1: Highly Qualified and Specialized Skills
A total of 105 invitations were extended across all exercises under Stream 1 of the PSTQ to workers in TEER 0–2 occupations residing in Québec with 12 months of recent work experience.
