Between June 17–June 29, the provincial government’s immigration program held six draws, issuing 1,037 invitations to apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination.
Professionals from various sectors such as healthcare, aviation, and tech, as well as tourism and hospitality workers, were among the recipients of these invitations.
As of June 30, Alberta had conducted a total of 56 selection rounds in 2026.
Draw Results
The latest draws from the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program targeted healthcare workers and were issued through different streams and pathways:
- Alberta Opportunity Stream;
- Tourism and Hospitality Stream;
- Alberta Express Entry Stream; and
- Accelerated Tech Pathway;
- Priority Sectors Pathway – aviation and skilled trade.
- Dedicated Health Care Pathway.
- Express Entry;
- Non-Express Entry.
The majority of invitations were allocated to candidates under the Alberta Opportunity Stream, accounting for approximately 69.4% of all invitations.
