The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) sent out a total of 114 invitations to qualifying provincial nominee candidates. These were issued through two pathways, including Labour Impact and PEI Express Entry. The province targeted individuals working in priority sectors and occupations with high economic impact. International student graduates from three post-secondary institutions in PEI were also prioritized in the selection process: University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), Holland College, and Collège de l’Île. PEI PNP has maintained consistent selection criteria for all draws in 2026. This draw aligns with the province’s anticipated invitation schedule, providing transparency for candidates to plan their immigration journey. PEI is the only province to release its annual draw schedule in advance. To date, 477 candidates have been invited to apply for provincial nomination in 2026.
