Prince Edward Island recently conducted its second-largest immigration draw of the year, extending invitations to 160 candidates through its Labour Impact and Express Entry streams on October 17, 2025.

The province specifically targeted individuals already residing and employed in PEI within critical high-demand sectors, along with graduates from local educational institutions such as the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), Holland College, and Collège de l’Île.

This latest draw brings the total number of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) issued under the PEI Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in 2025 to 1,081, spread across ten selection rounds.

Given the limited nomination spaces and the surge in applications, PEI continues to give precedence to professionals in healthcare, trades, and manufacturing, with individuals in sales and service roles currently facing lower chances of receiving invitations.
