To receive an invitation through the Employment in New Brunswick pathway, candidates must fulfill specific criteria.
- Work full-time in a non-seasonal role for a New Brunswick employer in a TEER* 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation.
- Possess at least 12 months of full-time work experience in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 position in New Brunswick.
- Reside in New Brunswick for the past year.
*TEER categorizes occupations based on required training, education, experience, and responsibility.
