To qualify for this draw, candidates had to meet specific criteria:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 505.
- Creation of an Express Entry candidate profile before 10:36 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on November 5, 2025.
